·Four bedrooms on the second floor contain:  2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin mattress available on floor.  

·Two main floor bedrooms:  1 queen and 1 twin bed. (handicap accessible, no steps, 32-38″ space around queen bed). 

·Queen sofa sleeper in living room and twin air mattresses also available.

Bathrooms:

·2 on the main floor, 1 with full tub and shower,

1 on sun porch is handicap accessible with 36″ door to access, walk-in shower  with hand-held shower & portable seat, tall toilet, & assist  side rail. 

·Half-bath on 2nd floor.

Kitchen, dining and living room: 

The large kitchen accommodates any need or crew, complete with appliances and seating for up to 10,  a comfortable living room and dining/game table provide a space for relaxation.

Guests have access to an attached utility room with washer and dryer, second stove and refrigerator.

Accessible handicap  entrance through garage/utility room or sunporch. 

Complimentary Internet and television, with DVD and video player, variety of movies.
